Window
Box office windows open at the same time as phones during Fall Series and Winter Weekend special hours. Please visit the box office windows at the Main Entrance. See directions below.

Summer 2026 phone and window hours will be posted on the date summer performances begin. Box office windows are closed on dates when there are no performances.

Payment Methods and Transaction Details

Discover (official card of Ravinia), American Express, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards, as well as Ravinia gift certificates*, are accepted at all points of purchase. Cash and checks are also accepted in person at the box office. All sales are subject to Ravinia ticketing terms and conditions.

Order Processing Fee: An order processing fee is added to all online, phone, and mail orders. This fee helps cover the costs of putting on live events. This includes technology costs, ticket processing staff, and transaction administration at Ravinia. The order processing fee is waived on purchases made in person at the box office. Ravinia does not add a service charge per ticket.

Buy in advance! For some summer season performances, the Lawn general admission ticket price increases by $5 one week before the event. Where applicable, details are listed on the event information page with the ticket types and prices.

Ravinia has two different box office locations, open during the hours listed above at different times of the year, for walk-up ticket sales or Will Call ticket pickup.

Main Entrance Box Office

Open for Pavilion, Martin Theatre, Carousel, and Sandra K. Crown Theater events.

On performance dates, limited parking is available until 1 hour before the scheduled park opening time, when parking opens to ticketholders. Visitors must then use the West Parking Lot, which may require a parking fee.

Harza Building Box Office

Open for Bennett Gordon Hall events.

Parking is available in the South Parking Lot, adjacent to the Harza Building and Bennett Gordon Hall. Parking may be redirected 1 hour or more before evening performances in the Pavilion

Digital Tickets

Gift Certificates

The perfect gift for the music lover in your life.

Gift certificates may be used to purchase reserved seats or Lawn tickets for any Ravinia performance, subject to availability. They are also accepted at Levy Restaurants* when dining in the park and can be used on merchandise at the Ravinia Festival Shop*.

* Value of food/merchandise must be equal to or greater than value of certificate – no change given.

Not sure what amount to give?

Lawn tickets for classical performances and reserved seats for Bennett Gordon Hall events are typically priced as low as $15, and reserved seats for classical performances in the Pavilion and Martin Theatre start at $35. Non-classical event ticket prices are typically higher for all venues, including Lawn tickets.

Please purchase gift certificates separately from performance tickets.

Ticket Policy

Ticket Sale Terms and Conditions

Contributors to the not-for-profit Ravinia Festival have priority access to tickets. Sales will open to the public after all requests placed by contributors during their designated request periods have been filled. Admission is subject to terms, conditions, and policies established by the Ravinia Festival Association. Programs and artists are subject to cancelation or change without notice. All concertgoers need a ticket for park admission, regardless of age.

Special Offers and Pricing

Ravinia is pleased to provide special pricing, ticket packages, and other offers for ticket buyers whenever possible. Any offers that include special pricing may not be applied to previously purchased tickets or combined with other offers.

Fees and Service Charges

The Lawn general admission ticket price to most non-classical performances increases by $5 one week before the event.

Online Purchase Limits

Ravinia reserves the right to limit the number of tickets that may be purchased online for each event. A maximum of 10 Lawn tickets per event may be purchased online per transaction, not exceeding 20 total Lawn tickets per event. We reserve the right to cancel any orders and tickets without notice to you if these limits are exceeded. For purchases beyond these limits, please call the box office at 847‑266‑5100.

International and VPN Transactions

To mitigate cybersecurity risk, Ravinia limits online ticket purchases to domestic transactions. If your IP address is registered outside North America, either from your geographic location or use of a VPN, please call the box office at 847‑266‑5100 to complete your transaction over the phone.

At Ravinia, we believe that music has the power to bring people together. While we do not control what artists share, we ask all participants—artists and audiences alike—to uphold the spirit of respect, community, and connection that Ravinia offers.

Should any circumstance threaten physical safety, we will take appropriate action to ensure the well-being of our guests, artists, and staff.

Weather

Ravinia is an open-air venue, and performances will go on rain or shine; there are no rain checks. In the event of severe weather, Ravinia cannot guarantee indoor refuge for all guests.

Can’t Make the Performance?

Refunds

All ticket sales are final; no refunds will be given unless a performance is canceled in its entirety with no replacement performance scheduled. Refunds will not be considered for instances of inclement weather, artist or program changes, show duration, traffic, parking-related issues, or perceived quality of performance.

Exchanges

Ravinia is unable to offer refunds on ticket purchases. The box office is happy to exchange your reserved seats or Lawn block tickets toward another event during the current season (subject to availability) or for a credit voucher to be used later during the current season. Exchanges must be made at least 48 hours before the performance starts. Tickets for reserved Lawn blocks must be exchanged as a complete group; partial exchanges will not be accepted. General admission Lawn tickets are not exchangeable.

Donations

If you are unable to use your tickets, please consider donating them before the performance begins to help support Ravinia's nonprofit mission. Tickets for reserved Lawn blocks must be donated as a complete group; partial donations will not be accepted. Ticket donations may be made in person or by phone up until the performance starts. You will be emailed a tax receipt for your ticket donation; the value of the tickets may not be applied toward Annual Fund benefits.

  • This ticket is a revocable license. Admission is subject to terms, conditions and policies established by the Ravinia Festival Association, including all health guidelines. Failure to comply with Ravinia policies and guidelines could result in loss of ticket privileges, including removal from the premises.
  • Ravinia is an open-air venue, and refuge cannot be provided in severe weather. Performances occur rain or shine.
  • Firearms and explosives are prohibited. All items brought into the park are subject to search upon entry or re-entry of the park and/or any buildings or designated seating areas. Any item deemed harmful or unsafe by Ravinia Festival is prohibited. A metal-detection wand or walkthrough magnetometer will be used to scan patrons. Patrons with medical concerns may request a pat-down in place of being scanned electronically.
  • Programs/artists/prices are subject to cancelation or change without notice.
  • Refunds are not given unless a performance is canceled in its entirety with no replacement.
  • Use of this ticket to enter the park serves as consent for Ravinia to capture and use your photo, image, and/or voice in promotional materials for Ravinia and its partners.
  • Latecomers will be seated and/or readmitted at the discretion of management.
  • Everyone, including infants, needs a ticket. Children under 7 are not admitted to reserved seats unless exception is noted. Parental supervision required of all children admitted.
  • All sales are final. Reserved seats or Lawn block tickets may be exchanged up to 48 hours before the concert. Purchased tickets may also be donated until the start of the performance for a tax-deductible donation. Tickets for reserved Lawn blocks must be exchanged as a complete group; partial exchanges will not be accepted. General admission Lawn tickets are not exchangeable.
  • Ticket cost includes local municipal and/or other fees.
  • Ravinia staff reserves the right to condense party spaces on the Lawn and to reseat Lawn admission or reserved-seat patrons.
  • Ravinia strictly adheres to all local and state laws regarding alcohol consumption. You must be at least 21 to purchase alcohol at Ravinia or to bring alcohol onto the grounds. Guests will be carded, and Ravinia can refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone. Alcohol sales end one hour prior to the performance end time. Police may administer alcohol test to youths prior to admission. Drinks are allowed in the Pavilion only in paper or plastic containers 24oz or smaller.
  • The following are not allowed: comfort animals or pets (except service animals as defined by federal law); grills or firepits; chafing fuel or other canned heating; kegs; large furniture and umbrellas; bicycles, scooters, or skates; athletic equipment (e.g., balls and flying discs); drones or other flying apparatus. Ravinia does not permit areas of the Lawn to be roped off by guests. Ravinia is a smoke-free environment, including restriction of e-cigarettes and vapor devices.
  • Ravinia prohibits any disruptive conduct that negatively impacts the experience of other patrons, artists, or staff. Disruptive conduct—including (but not limited to) loud conversation, inappropriate behavior, or protest, solicitation, or promotion not related to the event—is not permitted and may result in removal from the performance or the park without reentry or refund.
  • Vehicles, including taxis and driving services, may drop off guests only at designated areas. Parking on Ravinia’s grounds is limited and guests may be required to use an accessible shuttle service.
  • The barcode on each ticket allows one entry per scan. Unauthorized duplication, sale, or purchase of a ticket from a third party will prevent your admission. Tickets and barcodes that have been altered will not be accepted.
  • The Pavilion is an open-air venue. The stage is not visible from most areas of the Lawn. Guests may be prohibited from standing at the back or along the sides of the Pavilion.

Senior Discounts

Ravinia offers guests ages 65 and above reduced-price general admission Lawn tickets for most Chicago Symphony Orchestra concerts. Choose “Senior” when purchasing tickets in advance.

Child Discounts and Ticketing

Special Pricing: Ravinia offers free or reduced-price admission to concertgoers under age 15 for select classical concerts performed in the Pavilion or Martin Theatre, excluding movies.

For movie nights, a limited number of reduced-price general admission Lawn tickets are available for children ages 3–18.

Select non-classical performances may have free or discounted tickets available for infants and children ages 2 and under; please check individual concert pages.

Reserved Seating: Children under age 7 are not permitted in reserved seats except for Kids Concerts Series performances. On these dates, there is also a free ticket option for children 2 and under who will be held in the lap of an accompanying adult during the performance. These free lap-held child tickets do not include the adult’s seat. Please arrange these tickets in advance from individual concert pages; all concertgoers need a ticket for park admission, regardless of age.

Ticket Policies: Ravinia requires parental supervision of all children admitted into the park. Adults will not be admitted with a ticket intended for a child and will be required to purchase the correct ticket for the event, subject to availability.

Student Discounts

Ravinia is pleased to offer reduced-price admission to students through college on Pavilion, Martin Theatre, and general admission Lawn tickets for most classical concerts. A valid school ID is required for park admission using a student-price ticket. Guests without valid identification may be turned away or asked to pay the difference of a full-price ticket.

Military Discounts

Ravinia is proud to offer reduced-price admission to active duty and retired military members at classical concerts performed in the Pavilion or Martin Theatre, excluding the Gala. Family accompanying the military member can also take advantage of the discount (limit 4 per account).

Lawn tickets are discounted to $5 and reserved seats are discounted to $15 (excludes Reserved Lawn Blocks). Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Enter promo code MILITARY to receive this discount. Military ID may be required for entry with these tickets.
