About The Artist

“The world’s reigning male chorus” (The New Yorker) returns to Ravinia with a program displaying its characteristic mix of music spanning 10 centuries, from Gregorian chant to Romantic art song to new, commissioned works and contemporary music arrangements. “She Said/He Said” explores music and texts depicting the feminine ideal in ancient times and forward to the harmony and tension between the sexes as set by later composers.
