About The Artist

The choice instrument of modern-day troubadours, the guitar has found a classical-minded herald in Gramophone Young Artist of the Year Miloš Karadaglić. Composers have often utilized the guitar to pay homage to those before them: Rodrigo to Falla in his Invocación y danza, and Falla to Debussy in his Homenaje. The lively character of the guitar shines out in Spanish dances by Granados and Falla, as well as Bach’s famed Chaconne. Sor’s Grand Solo, on the other hand, showcase’s the guitar’s often-utilized voice for tender introspection as well as celebration.
