  Additional performance:

Zarin Mehta, 3:30—4:15 p.m. in the Martin Theatre

Combining passions to expose young artists to unconstrained musical exploration, Ravinia partners with Seen Worldwide to present pianist Zarin Mehta in recital. The 15-year-old pianist—who has won numerous awards and performed internationally—is a student at the New Music School and will perform works by Bach and Ravel and his own composition, Glimpses. This 45-minute offering serves as the perfect precursor to Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture.

Additional family activities: Instrument petting zoo at KidsLawn until 4:30 p.m.
