* The box office will close 45 minutes after the start of the performance when there is no intermission.
Please visit the box office outside Bennett Gordon Hall for performances in that venue. The box office at Bennett Gordon Hall opens one hour before the performance starts.

Purchasing Tickets
Order Online
Visit the performance schedule to access individual events’ info and ticketing pages. Each page includes separate buttons for the available ticket options for the performance. Buttons only appear when the event is on sale. A Ravinia account is required for purchasing tickets. Ravinia donors must be logged in to the account associated with their donation in order to see buttons during their early ticketing period.

Buy In Person / Will Call
Ravinia has two different box office locations, open during the hours listed above at different times of the year, for walk-up ticket sales or Will Call ticket pickup.
Main Entrance Box Office (open only during summer season)
On performance dates, limited parking is available until 1 hour before scheduled park opening time, when parking lots open for ticketholders. At that time, visitors must use the West Parking Lot, which may require a parking fee.
Bennett Gordon Hall Box Office (open only for events in BGH)
Parking is available in the South Parking Lot, adjacent to Bennett Gordon Hall.
Payment Methods and Transaction Details
Discover (official card of Ravinia), American Express, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards, as well as Ravinia gift certificates, are accepted at all points of purchase. Cash and checks are also accepted in person at the box office. All sales are subject to Ravinia ticketing terms and conditions.
Service charges: A per transaction service charge will be added to all online and phone orders; there is no service charge on purchases made in person at the box office. Ravinia does not add a service charge per ticket.
Buy in advance! For some summer season performances, the Lawn general admission ticket price increases by $5 one week before the event. Where applicable, details are listed on the event information page with the ticket types and prices.
